Faerydale Consignment and Gifts Consignor contract

Faerydale accepts new and pre owned clothing, household items furniture and décor in excellent condition from the consignor to sell . Consignors receive 50% of total selling price.

Items brought in to Faerydale must be in excellent condition, clean, working, and nice. Clothing must be brand name in current style and season with no flaws at all. Clothing must be brought in at no more then 20 items, Household items may be brought in at any amount but must be arranged in an orderly manner. A disposal fee may apply for items not in usable/working condition. Please see the list of items not accepted!

Consignors may bring items anytime Tuesday-Friday and by appointment on Saturdays. Consignors have the choice to either drop off their items for me to go through after they leave, or to go through items with me (During a quiet time in the shop). Items dropped off that do not fit criteria will be donated else ware or disposed of with no fault to Faerydale. A $1.00 fee will be applied to each bag/ box of items not accepted left. If you wish to look through the items with me I can return any items I do not accept to you at that time. Items left after business hours are considered donations

All items will be examined when they are priced. Faerydale decides which items to accept and determines the price of each item to sell, unless otherwise arranged with consignor. Faerydale may also adjust prices periodically to sell, this includes a monthly sale and seasonal sales.

After 60 days of items being on the racks or display floor and/ or the end of a season, Items not sold will become property of Faerydale or be donated. It is your responsibility to keep track of items experation. Holiday items must be picked up 3 days after the holiday or become property of Faerydale. You may keep your own inventory list of your items Faerydale is not responsible to tell you the whereabouts of each item you bring in, items sold, or items donated elseware. Consignors wanting their items back may pick them up before the 60 days is up and must collect the items from the shop themselves, with 3 days notice to Faerydale.

Payment will be available for pick up on the first of each month or when your check is above $5.00. The "pay period" goes from the 15th- 15th of each month. All items will be reflected at that time. Faerydale is not responsible for lost or un cashed checks and will not rewrite checks. Faerydale does not mail checks-UNLESS consignor leaves self addressed stamped envelopes, and is not responsible for the check after it is mailed. all payments not picked up after 6 months time are considered a forfeit of payment.

Faerydale is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, theft, flood or any unforeseen event. Faerydale is also not responsible for items left unattended in the hallway or after hours

Consignor is responsible for keeping their phone number and address updated so I may reach them .
